1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Swipe Cleaner: Storage Manager and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your download, installation, and use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. Users aged 13 through 17 may use the App only with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. No person under 13 may download, install, access, or use the App. If applicable law in a release region requires a higher minimum age or a different consent standard, that law applies.
3. App Features
We may provide review of duplicate, similar, blurry, screenshot, Live Photo, and video categories; swipe-based photo review and deletion selection; video compression with user-selected settings; contact review, possible duplicate merging, deletion, and local backup; and free and Pro feature tiers.
Availability depends on the device, iOS version, permissions, storage, App version, and selected subscription.
4. Permissions and User Control
Photos and Contacts features require the corresponding iOS permissions. You may deny or revoke permission in iOS Settings. We act only after your explicit instruction for destructive operations. You are responsible for reviewing selected items and maintaining any backup you consider necessary.
5. Important Operation Notices
- Photo and video deletion: Deleted items normally remain in the iOS Photos “Recently Deleted” album for 30 days unless permanently removed earlier. If iCloud Photos is enabled, Apple may synchronize the deletion across devices signed in to the same Apple Account. Confirm selections before deletion; storage may not be released until items are permanently removed.
- Contact merge or deletion: These operations may affect a synchronized contact account and may be difficult or impossible to reverse. Review the result and create a suitable backup first.
- Video compression: Compression may reduce visual quality. Whether the original is kept or deleted must follow the option shown in the production App.
- Recommendations and estimates: Duplicate, similar, blurry, “best item,” recoverable-space, and estimated-size results are recommendations or estimates and may not be exact. The final choice remains yours.
6. Subscriptions and Purchases
We offer weekly and yearly auto-renewable Pro subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- The planned base prices are USD 6.99 per week and USD 35.99 per year.
- Each plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Unless canceled, the selected subscription automatically renews at the applicable price after the trial.
- Products, billing periods, price, currency, free-trial eligibility, and included features are those displayed in the App and Apple's purchase sheet at purchase time.
- The purchase screen must clearly show the subscription name and duration, included Pro features, full renewal price, and—when a trial is offered—the trial length and price charged afterward.
- Payment is charged to the Apple Account confirmed in the purchase sheet.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Users can manage or cancel it from iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, subject to Apple's terms and timing.
- After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to Apple's transaction status.
- Eligible purchases may be restored through “Restore Purchases.”
- Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
The App displays current StoreKit product data, including the total amount billed. The price, currency, taxes, trial eligibility, and billing terms shown in Apple's purchase sheet at the time of purchase control and may vary by storefront or Apple Account. Subscription transactions and entitlement status are validated by our server. Pro access follows the current Apple transaction status, including expiration, refund, revocation, or any applicable grace period.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the App unlawfully or access another person's content without authorization; interfere with the App or its security; reverse engineer, modify, redistribute, resell, or sublicense it except where law permits; or infringe another person's rights.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, branding, interface, text, graphics, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App for personal use.
9. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple services for distribution, system permissions, Photos and Contacts capabilities, and In-App Purchase; Google Analytics for Firebase for feature-usage measurement; and our server for internal event measurement and subscription validation. We do not currently provide advertising or integrate a crash-reporting SDK. Third-party terms may apply. Media and contact content is not sent to these analytics systems.
10. Availability and Changes
Features may change to improve safety, comply with law, maintain compatibility, or address technical issues. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated as required by applicable law and will show a revised effective date.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that recommendations, categorization, space estimates, compression results, or contact matches are complete or error-free. Nothing excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the App, including loss of photos, videos, contacts, data, profits, or business opportunity. Nothing excludes or limits liability, statutory warranties, or consumer rights where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service protection, or a material breach, subject to law. Ending use does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it through Apple's subscription settings.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the user's location remain unaffected. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Market-specific terms may be added later where required by applicable law.
